About

Imagine an old moss-lined lane winding behind a village where pine needles hush each footstep, and sunlight catches on rough stone walls. This is where Putokoza began—a quiet visual journal of hidden Croatia and the landscapes beyond it. Since 2021, it has grown from that simple urge to record the places that rarely appear in mainstream travel stories: small paths, forgotten viewpoints, and villages where time still moves gently.

Rooted in Croatia, the project celebrates real paths, rural life, handmade culture, and the small, quiet moments that reveal a more authentic way of traveling. Thoughtful writing, photographs, field notes, and traditional crafts come together to capture nature and local life — in an honest, unhurried rhythm.
